Our policy is liberal, as we believe in helping our customers as far as possible.
Section 2: Refund Policy
2.1 Subscription Refunds
You are entitled to claim a refund of the payment made if we are not able to provide the Service.
If you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, you will be ineligible for a refund.
In the case of any Refunds approved by us, it will take **9-15 days** for the refund to be processed to
the end customer.
2.2 Technical Failures
In case of any technical glitch in the service, you must report the same to our Customer Service team
within **7 days**.
The refund request will be entertained once our staff has checked and determined the technical glitch.
2.3 Quality/Expectations
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring
it to the notice of our customer service within **7 days** of receiving the product.
2.4 Non-Refundable Cases
Once service is started, no cancellation or refund will be made.
A cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed and their society is
activated to get online services.
2.5 Member/Vendor Payments
Regarding payments made by society members or society vendors to their respective society, we are only
the technology provider and are not responsible for cancellation or refund of such amount.
If any grievance is there, the respective person may contact their society Admin.
Section 3: Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order within
**3 days** or before activating their society to get service.
Once service is started, no cancellation or refund will be made.
A cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed and their society is
activated to get online services.
3.2 Member/Vendor Payments
Regarding payments made by society members or society vendors to their respective society, we are only
the technology provider and are not responsible for cancellation or refund of such amount.
